Usage

Mixture

The   product is packed in two containers separately that form a unit. For use   every time, completely and uniformly mix it according to the specified   compounding ratio; and keep stirring during spray painting in order to   prevent zinc dust precipitation. The product must be used up within the   specified mixture pot life.

Safety   protection

There   should be good ventilating devices provided at the work site. During working,   wear the appliances for labor protection such as gauze mask, spectacles,   gloves, etc. to avoid skin contact with and suction of solvent or paint fog.   Smoking is forbidden at the work site, and all fire sources shall be   isolated.

12   months (Exceeding the storage life, the product must be retested, and can be   used only if passing the test.)

The   product should be kept at dry, shaded place, away from heat sources and fire   sources.

Precautions

l           The products are not suitable for exposure to acidic or alkaline   environment

l           In the course of the spraying, dry film thickness of foremost zinc   silicate primer is suggested to be 50 micron in order to ensure maximum   surface strength, and prevent surface painting shelling off; zinc silicate   primer should guard against airslake, or to pay attention to maintaining   painting surface cleaning, no zincifications.

l           Coating thickness of this product will affect the shortest re-coating   interval and handling time, and may lead to the re-coating of the adversely   affected; environmental factors should be properly considered during   construction.

l           The products is solidified completely in more than 150℃(302℉)degrees, needs of   solidification five days or more, otherwise the painting will be facing some   thermoplasticity. The coating is not being heated before thoroughly dried.
